• User Account means an account created by You to access the Service.
• Packs of Crystals refer to virtual credits that can be purchased and used within the Service.
• You means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

These Terms govern the use of the Service and form the agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part, You may not use the Service.

You confirm that You are at least 18 years old. The Service is not intended for minors.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, You must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of Your login credentials.
• Be fully responsible for all activities under Your account.

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion, especially in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

The Service may offer the option to purchase virtual credits (“Packs of Crystals”). These credits are used exclusively within the Service and have no real-world monetary value.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect already completed purchases.
• You must provide accurate payment information and authorize the Company to charge applicable fees.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and the underlying AI system, is the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content You input into the Service but grant Us a limited license to process and use it for providing the Service.

6. Entertainment Purposes Only

Propheum provides AI-generated predictions and guidance strictly for entertainment. The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You agree not to rely on the Service for such purposes.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access without prior notice for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Your use of the Service. Our liability will not exceed the amount You paid for the Service or 100 EUR if no payment was made.

9. “AS IS” Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet Your expectations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, excluding conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means You accept the new Terms.
